The brief called for an adaptable environment that could support a variety of working styles, from focused individual tasks to collaborative meetings and informal team discussions. The aim was to create a workplace that felt dynamic, practical and enjoyable to use.
Flexible office layouts, dedicated focus areas and technology-led meeting rooms were introduced to support productivity and improve communication across the business. Collaborative zones and comfortable breakout spaces were also carefully integrated, helping to encourage teamwork, creativity and everyday interaction.
The design combines bold colour blocking with soft wood finishes, textured flooring and striking monochrome details. This creates a workspace that feels visually engaging, balanced and comfortable, while ensuring the overall look remains closely connected to the way the space functions.
Sustainability was also considered throughout the project wherever possible, helping to create an efficient, responsible and future-focused workplace for Lakeview.
