The brief called for more than a refreshed office. The aim was to shape an environment that felt welcoming, energetic and reflective of DJH’s culture, while giving employees and clients a space they could feel proud to be part of.
Breakout areas, informal meeting spaces and flexible zones were introduced to encourage collaboration, learning and everyday interaction. Each element was considered to help improve the flow of the workplace and create a more engaging setting for both focused work and team connection.
The completed space now provides DJH Chester with a vibrant, practical and culture-led workplace that supports their people, reflects their ambitions and strengthens the sense of belonging across the business
